□Only drivers with international driver permit (Class B/D) issued by countries in the Geneva Convention and the Vienna Convention can rent cars.
□Taiwan, China, and Indonesia are not signatories of the Geneva Convention or the Vienna Convention; thus, citizens of these countries cannot rent cars.
